How do you live your life as a family the moment you are separated?
Maggie and Steven have been separated for a year. They have two children together: Stef (18) and Michael (16). Together they are trying to shape their family life in a new way.
Son Michael (Erwin Kiene) has locked himself in his room. Right on the day his sister Stef (Zoë Livay) has her first solo performance. No one knows why he won’t open his door, and in a panic, Maggie (Samantha Cherish Wielkens) asks Steven (Ayrton Kirchner) to come over. She told him last night that she has accepted a big assignment abroad, saying that the children will have to live with him for the time being. She has put her own house up for rent, and tomorrow morning tenants are coming for a viewing. Only this will require Michael to come out of his room.
Through sharp dialogues, vulnerable songs and fiery movements, the structures within the family are exposed. A moving, funny and confrontational family portrait, in which not the solution but the attempt is central. With music by singer-songwriter Zoë Livay and musical coaching by Glen Faria.

For OSSO, Priscilla Vaudelle and Tim van den Heuvel have joined forces. Tim and Priscilla conceive together, Tim writes and Priscilla directs. What makes this collaboration special is that, like the parents in OSSO, they are co-parents to a son (2018).
